With new builds going out to the door to happy and eager customers there are also constantly on the go you get to see some of the different offerings we have available in the Novature suite.
- First we said goodbye to a "Tekapo" and a "Muriwai" both in the same week. WOW, that was a big week for the production team adding the final touches to two magnificent homes leaving withing a day of each other in such terrible weather conditions.

Amongst the departures we have several other builds on the go....
- Shortly to leave us is one of our smaller studios modeled on the "Akaroa". The cabinetry is currently being installed before final electrical and plumbing fits offs.
- The "Tekapo" is a picture of transportable home beauty and it will be leaving our yard for Hawkes Bay very soon. The contrasting features of the black colour steel and the pine shiplap really stand out. Not to mention the soft tones of the 1/2 duck egg blue finishing inside. All that is remaining for this "Tekapo" is the cabinetry installation and the final fit offs.
- This "Kaiteriteri" spin off is a unique one off build for a client that has decided to join this extension up to their existing dwelling with matching colour steel and joinery. Not the change in style of the roof from skillion style to gable style. This building is a the featured, grooved MDF wall lining stage and encompasses a large living / kitchen space. Any entertainers dream living space.
- One of our most popular builds is the "Muriwai" which is coming up to the insulation stage and lining now that all the framing is complete. This Muriwai is a 56m2 3 bedroom dwelling.
- In its infancy, another Muriwai is underway. This model, with only the steel chassis having been built, floor joists assembled and Expol underfloor insulation
being installed before the flooring sheets are glued down. Lastly we have the pre-nail frame cut and ready to assemble.
