  1. In the initial stages of the build process, the steel chassis has been welded, the flooring is down and now the framing is complete. Here we have a 12m x 4m "Tekapo" that is now ready to have its external ply applied. The "Tekapo" has been one of our most popular builds.
  2. One step further along in the Novature build process with the ply wall secured and building wrap applied is one of our smallest designs built to date which is a modified version of the "Akaroa". This home stands at 9.5m x 3.5m and would suit an addon for kids or elderly family member.
  3. The largest single chassis building in the Novature offering is the "Muriwai" at 14m x 4m. The additional 2m living space certainly makes a difference when compared to one of our popular 12m x 4m options. This building is is a couple of steps further along in the process with the the majority of interior wall, ceiling lining and insulation along with the color steel having been applied.
  4. We also have another "Tekapo" which is further along in the final stages of it's build and will commence being painted tomorrow. Soon the pine shiplap weather board will be in position adding a unique rustic feature to the exterior of the building. Be sure to revisit the page for updated pictures.
  5. Last is the "Kaikoura" which is in the final stages of the build cycle. The exterior cladding is complete in a dark grey "Ironsand" color steel with the feature weatherboard which is a product by "Weathertex" and is a strong durable composite Australian hardwood. The cabinetry in its final stages of being installed and will be ready for a final fit of by our electricians and lastly a good clean before being transported to our customer site next week.
